Year 12 Enterprise Day

There was a Year 12 Enterprise Day that took place on Monday 16th November. All the Year 12's participated and it was a challenging but fun event! According to Marc Bruford, who was a member of the winning team, "it was a challenge" working with others he wouldn't normally work with. Enterprise day is a successful and valuable event of which many secondary schools participate in as it is a great way for the students to meet new people and gain valuable skills that may be needed in their upcoming future.
The students are put in groups and are set a task, of which they need to communicate and work as a team. Marc enjoyed the day and claims he "gained more self confidence" which is a key skill universities look for in students and a skill the IB aid students in gaining. Overall the event was a great success and the students thoroughly enjoyed the day!
