International Students

Tollbar continues to build on the success of its 6th form by welcoming International students to study for the IB Diploma.The International Baccalaureate is a two year course with an end on examination and will provide students with a gold standard qualification which is accepted by Universities across the world.

Duration of course

The International Baccalaureate is a two year course and will operate as follows:

Year 1: End of August - Mid July
Year 2: End of August - End of May

Accommodation

Accommodation can be arranged through family stay accommodation:

Family stay accommodation

Peter Barnes Education will arrange accommodation with host families living close to Tollbar sixth form. Their fee includes breakfast and evening meals on school days and full board on other days where accommodation is provided. Also included in the fee is Barnes Educational Services full guardianship. All accommodation and tuition fees are payable to Barnes Educational Services.
